The Mobile Mural Lab was conceived by David Russell as his M.F.A. thesis and co-founded the entity with Roberto Del Hoyo in 2011. Russell has served as Executive Director, Lead Artist and Coordinator to facilitate creative civic engagement programming, cross-cultural community development, educational residencies and permanent public mural projects.
